I want to open every loot chest possible. Do they respawn? I found an old reddit post claiming they do. If yes, how long is their respawn timer?

It turns out my Ubisoft account was hacked. My account and games were stolen. It's so profitable to buy games on apps. I can't log in to the app. Sending a code from Ubisoft to change my password is unsuccessful; the code doesn't arrive via email. I won't create a new account or buy games because thieves steal from apps....

So, I played this game for about an hour i guess when i downloaded it and it went fine, but the next day when i reopened the game, the moment i tried to rejoin my save file, my game just crashed, ive already tried changing the directx settings, playing on windowed and fullscreen mode, i already tried searching for some help on youtube and reddit, but nothing worked as well, can someone help me?...
