denuvo....
Atp just remove denuvo from any games that has it including monster hunter wilds.

Like some lil sh already cracked denuvo and i am pretty sure denuvo was made so people actually have to buy the game. its no point holding denuvo anymore since them mfs found a way to crack it now i dont wanna name what it is cuz idk if imma get in trouble but all the games that had denuvo is now on pirated sites. do us a favour and just remove denuvo for performance boost. I am playing hunter wilds on my friend's account and yes i run the game like sh. denuvo is just useless now. only takes performance.

yea about that its gona have an expansion haha wait mayb liek 2 or 3 more years for denovo removal lmao
HV is common knowledge at this point and probably they can't just remove it[denuvo] because of contract obligations with denuvo company(like, they have to Have it for certain period of time before they can terminate agreement. Or it is licenced software that they paid upfront for specific period of time, in which case it is just dumb to just remove it). It is nice wish, but unrealistic one.

Also i don't think anyone will be doing actual cracks for game in a while, untill expansion and all content added to the game. Or maybe i am mistaken and it will be cracked next, like RE9 or Pragmata. Maybe after DD2. Who knows.

Either way - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and whining about denuvo for a game that released a year ago - it is exercise in futility.

Wait few years until they remove it/exe crack will manifest itself into reality, buy the game or move on.

You are not entertaining enough with your bait.

If potential buyer don't make noise about a Programmed Obscolescence tool still being present in a software sold in Europe, then those companies will just keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on your face.

A bit like the Stop Killing Game Issue. Lot of peoples were screaming it was useless... See were it's going...

And a couple of years ago the issue was with lootboxes, consumer and players made the issue appear on front page and TV news. To the points of some government starting to seriously investigate into it. The 2020 issues did push those into the background noise, but not a single company that were outrageously abusing them have made any move that would bring the subject at the front of the news. So even if they were not legislated upon, some of those companies have seriously diminished their abuse.

Video Games companies have proved time and again that they reached the point where htey need to be legislated as harshly as any other kind of companies be it food making companies, car making companies etc... as they have demonstrated that they can't be trusted with making good decision of any kind when their only ideas is to follow the enshitification path in every possible ways and make consumers end up with barely functioning product that are prone to be rendered unusable on a whim or if Irdeto suddenly goes belly up. And Irdeto having the same peoples that were behind Securom, and before that the scandal with Sony BMG Rootkit. The very same persons... So when you know such kind of peoples are behind a product, you better prepare for the worse and avoid the product like if it was infected with Ebola.

main reason is to prevent pirating, that's should be common sense, you dont need to go rly deep about it

Counterpoint. Tears of the Kingdom showcase internet users are willing to play the game for free if possible. One of the most pirated game in recent history.

Counter counterpoint: Nintendo has been greeding the hell out of their prices for years. Their business practices have more or less pushed people to pirate TotK solely because it's an overpriced, low-effort product that they tried passing as a complete game. Don't believe me? Look at Sony and Microsoft. They suffered the same deal, still do. It's a matter of diminished trust. Pushing higher market values on games that have otherwise proven to be obviously unfinished. No one is willing now to pay any more than 40 dollars for a game if they feel they won't get their money's worth anymore. And they're pushing up to 90? Forget it! Nintendo and companies like it deserve to file for bankruptcy. That's what happens when you abuse the trust of your loyal fans. And it's what will continue to happen until they get their ♥♥♥♥ together and LISTEN to us! Denuvo or not!
I'm curious to see how much performence improvement we get when denuvo finally gets removed. I remember in World it was quite significant.

So the justification for pirating is discontent for the product or the company practice? Or both? No. Those that are discontent for a game and the company use boycott. Avoid it at all cost. Nobody pirate a game because they hate the game and the company it's attached to.

probably not much, because capcom has learned from howe poorly they implemented it in world.
My guess would be maybe making the frame graph a little more consistent and that's about it.
I'm hoping when the dlc drops they take it out like they did in world. I would have bought this game ahwile ago had it not had it in but if they dont want my money so be it.

I bought world last year and loved it, my first mon game. solo fatty was awesome so i was hoping to get wilds right after but...
Just be glad it's Denuvo and not Enigma. That thing causes awful performance loss in almost everything it's been put in, Wilds would be almost completely unplayable.

they will after all titles updates come, so around 2028, by that time most whiners probably upgrade pc anyway, ppl who think denuvo has insane effect on performance should stop breathing copium

I think thats due more to the fact TotK had a reputation of being exceptionally bad, being a downgrade in just about every single way from BotW (which many already consider a downgrade to normal Zelda games), outside of the building mechanics.
even if someone can crack it, not everyone can. Denuvo wont leave unless somehow more than half of us start cracking it.

da funny ting is mhwilds already gatekeep piracy by having high spec requirement and running it thru hypervisor makes the performance even worst leleelleellel

crapcom shud make minimum requirements liek a 4080 so less plebs can pirate it tbhhhhhhh
