TTW plays just like the other difficulties except everything is turned up a bit more

timefall damages items quicker but its not noticeable unless you go afk in the rain

cargo is easier to damage, hitting a tiny rock will damage cargo when before it might not have, cargo also takes more damage from all sources

enemies have an easier time spotting you

enemies deal more damage

BT bosses are more powerful and can kill you in a single hit

BT's can sense you easier

balance is easier to lose

stamina drains faster

so long as you bring the right items then TTW isnt really all that different from the other difficulties (outside of getting one shotted by bosses)

you'll need to be alot more careful when driving as even the smallest of bumps can completely destroy any cargo so other then driving slower honestly most of the time it felt like i was playing on normal (like i said except when a boss decides to one shot you then you'll notice the difficulty increase)


if you think the other difficulties are way too easy or you want those TTW marks next to your name then give TTW a try

personally for me TTW didnt feel all that different aside from boss damage received and cargo damage taken however i've also seen people say its extremely difficult so it might vary from person to person
