In high ranks, the red and blue singers in the main lobby of the care center: you lose too much health and ammo and most importantly TIME clearing the room.

You inevitably get damaged by multile screams, you use too much ammo and TIME to keep them at bay as you try to get to the throwable to take down the red, and the blue one it's hard to parry at all since their attacks are hardly telegraphed.

At the moment I've resorted to running straight through the room, getting scream damage once and never look back, but I want to destroy them all.

Any ideas/ tips appreciated.
