i don't need a demo to preorder it, it's resident evil

They've released demo before for most of their recent games. RE4/3/2 Remakes, RE Village, etc.

There is a good chance they will release a demo here, too.

However, the game doesn't release for another roughly 5 months so give it some time.

Maybe a demo will come out closer to release date? That is my guess

well the demo already exists. but it's too soon to be released yet. just keep waiting

It's pretty consistently decent since they released the Resident Evil 2 Remake. Each release since has been pretty strong. You could even argue since the game before it, RE7, but I think RE Remake 2 onward is a stronger point.

They also release demos for all of their games since RE2 Remake making the OP's thread quite... silly, especially since they're ranting basically half a year before release.

I highly doubt CAPCOM will release a public demo one week early before launch date.

i'm calling bs on "no demo" they teased us so many times they just want to give us the surprise you can play the demo right now after the deep dive during jan

They fumbled on devmap.

On the interview the dev even said to expect things from the original multiplayer design on the game, proof they rushed things off seeing the mistake they made.

The even funier part is the guy saying there will be no performance problems like wilds:

Obviously, the game was another shady multiplayer project, how can you expect to have netcode using massive resources if you had no time on devmap to implement those hahahah;

I don't want the game flopping, but i hope CCapp takes a heavy hit from this mistake.
