The "Missing Pieces" Story Mission from Episode 2 is BUGGED
The mission "Missing Pieces" states that you must talk to "Dex", of which said character has not spawned in for me to talk to.

Any way I can un-bug the game so I can continue to progress?

Since this is in the hub, have you tried leaving the planet and coming back? Or changing areas via taxi and then coming back?

Dex is the cook/owner of the restaurant btw.

So, I closed and opened the game, and now the quest has activated, but I'm locked out of the diner.

I hope it gets fixed for you. Is it just the first character locked out, or are both of them?

Both characters are spawned in just outside the diner, and no way to get in.

Progression locked till it's fixed.
