"In-Menu Sensitivity" Missing for Radial Menus (under General settings) from Steam Input for ALL games.

My Radial Menu is SUPER SLOW to move around in. I saw a YouTube video where a setting called "In-Menu Sensitivity" is exposed which allows the scrolling around a Radial (or Touch) Menu to be faster.

However, this menu is completely missing on my PC/Steam Input. All I get is "Show Command Glyph in Tooltip."

Very frustrating as it makes Radial Menus basically not worth using.

Looks like the setting only exists for Touch Menus and not Radial Menus. Is there any way we can get it added to Radial Menus? It's awfully slow as it is.
