Header image in the Completionist Showcase appears as blank
This is a new issue, never had it or saw it before on anyone else's profile. It was fine just a few days ago, now the game E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy appears as a blank image on my profile's Completionist Showcase. The image is visible literally everywhere else, apart from the showcase, which makes no sense.

Here's a reddit thread discussing the issue in regards of delisted games, but apparently the issue applies to "normal" games too (?). I wrote about this to Steam support, they basically sent me here.

Any ideas on what might be causing this and how it can be fixed?

Any help will be appreciated!

Bad cable for Display out dated Driver for Video card maybe need to run defrag on your system use Perfect Disc here but Defraggler is good too not sure if this will help did fix somethings on my end when did that

I can't tell if you're trolling me or you're actually serious. Did you even look at my profile? Any user on any device sees the exact same thing - a blank image, this isn't an issue with my system. It's an issue with Steam.

The issue is still present by the way. It seems that if the game's store page is inaccessible (regional restrictions or delisted entirely, not the "X is no longer available on the Steam store." notice) the header image will be missing. The images themselves are still there, you can swap the AppID in the header image link from a normal game for a delisted one (322600, PURE, delisted several years ago).

It also appears that these headers are cached or something. Some of my games are no longer available in my region, but the header images are present on my community profile page, but missing from the "All Games" tab.

Temporarily changing my store region (VPN and store basket currency change) doesn't seem to be enough to fix the headers of the regional restricted games.

Yep, after several years and countless threads about this, the issue still persists. As the poster above correctly identified, if, for whatever reason, a game is unavailable in the store for you, you won't see its header image in your profile. It may not be as much of an issue for most, you'd only see it on a few delisted games. But for people in countries with a substantial amount of games being unavailable (e.g. Russia due to sanctions), it makes navigating your profile incredibly annoying. Here's how my profile looks to me[i.imgur.com]. People tried raising this issue on Steam forums, comments under Steam beta announcements, through Steam support, Reddit threads. I guess my next stop is gaben at valvesoftware dot com
