The price increase is not consumer friendly.

Unless you are referring to the pricing of Steam Deck, it has nothing to do with Valve. Even then, they have to make a profit off of their product that they're selling. I am sure the prices wouldn't have gone up only if it wasn't for AI bs. (Well, inflation exists so I am sure it'll go up either way.) Geez, are people this stupid?

Agreed. Community and patch notes shouldn't have award function at all imo. Workshop items make sense on the other hand.
In my country, ipv6 is everywhere, even mobile internet.

And the "reaper" command is still some 32bits trash in the 64bits runtime Oo.

In the UK, only the very largest ISPs offer IPV6 (and I can't say how well). It's pitiful how slow the progress is with uptake because at the end of the day, you can't enable on your end what the ISP won't bother to offer. Sometimes they'll promise they're working on it and years will go by. Some have promised it for over a decade and it's 'still coming', like it's this impossible thing to set up.

Now many smaller ISPs have cropped up, filling the gaps across the country to distribute real fibre (with significant government funding and a decommissioning of the PSTN mere months away, delayed repeatedly) and in general, these ISPs are late to the party and don't even have enough V4 addresses to go around, so everyone is lumped onto CGNAT sharing an IP among many. ISPs have the v6 addresses, they just won't use them.

NAT, NAT, NAT, latency and captchas. I wish more people understood to ask for v6 and the improvements it can bring (esp for gaming that uses P2P), then there might be a faster push.

I made a switch to one of the smaller ISPs (the deal was just too good to pass up), only to later learn they're doing the CGNAT sharing bs. Now paying extra £5 a month to get my own IP...
