something similar to how we can filter out keywords when using the "search option", but for auto-hiding notifications and auto-removing them based in user input, so every thread that triggers it, never reaches the notifications of users subscribed to different forums.

ie the filter, like the one for keywords-tags, could be just an empty space in which we list with commas, some common spam titles we want to avoid such as: "rep+", "+rep", "rep for rep", "rep -", etc
