Restore ignore button and restore the game storepage screenshots cycling when you hover over a title, instead of just seeing the static thumbnail.

Couldn't you just:

STORE [tab, next to library in desktop app]

Your Store > Preferences

TAGS TO EXCLUDE

and then enter
Hentai
?

That would not exclude 100% of the h games but would likely help at least partially.
