It's 2018 and we wanted to give back to the community that has been here since the beginning and waiting for years now for something that was once great and loved for it's mechanics, to come back to life. We are deeply annoyed at the negligence of this fine community and owe it to you guys with this announcement. As of 3 days ago (1/23/18 we have begun the development and structure of PulsarEffect's PERP server and getting it up to code with 2018's Garry's Mod community. We fully understand this isn't 2009 or 2013 anymore, this is a whole new ball game with Garry's Mod that has been affected by modern people promoting trolling and having the game to be pictured as a troll game for servers to be brought up as Pay-To-Win / Money Makers / Dick around servers. That is not our goal. we strongly believe that until this god damn game is removed from the steam marketplace, we will be the only ones standing with a non-corrupt, 2-sided community among the others that choose to troll other servers, un-authentically running servers, and destroying communities in a sense of it being 'fun'. We hope you guys will see to this and join us in about a week tops to play on PERP once again.

Expect Pulsar Effect's PERP server to come back. To come back big in a way to suite everyone. Everyone's welcome to play, newcomers included. For every 3 people you invite to check out our server we will be giving you a reward that has not been decided yet. There are departments within the community that will be created to involve everyone and give people an actual role in the community if they want, other than playing on the server. We will be including things such as:

Public Relations
Human Resources
Forum Staff
Teamspeak Staff
PERP Instructors
Community Council

Also for whatever reason there's 5 different Pulsar Effect groups, Killslick seems to be admin in most of them, here's the OFFICIAL PulsarEffect Steam group link below if you wanted to join the official one to stay up to date with the server and the steam group's community.
