Jittery Soundtrack Controls
ISSUE
The soundtrack controls on the toolbar are jittery

For me this is repeatable though it seems to be depending on the soundtrack, it happens for Jump King's soundtrack but not Terraria's.

STEPS
Have a soundtrack installed in your library
Play it
Open the Soundtrack controls on the toolbar

RESULTS
The controls will glitch out as shown in the linked gif

The controls to be usable
