Not bad for a little game about bullets and music, but I feel like it's majorly lacking in that heavy hitting feel, y'know?

The Bass Blade is basically your bread and butter and it pretty much just one taps everything, The Vocal Buster is okay, though it 100% leaves you out in the open since it tanks your momentum and stops you in your tracks for a very slim horizontal attack that does chip damage, The Tremble Bombs are fine to me, I love being able to just barely move out the way of near death and combo it with the Bass Blade's momentum push that it gives you to counter it.

But like some people said it lacks in that OOMPH feeling. It sorta feels like your average Bullet Hell game with some cool visual that changes your weapon sizes.

Personally, if you can cancel your moves without any delay or momentum killing, this will make the movement in the game much more satisfying to pull off. (Especially Vocal Blaster's movement speed, I feel so slow using it)
And having some sort of Hitstop when destroying enemies will help with that beefy feeling the game is trying to pull off.

All and all, this is a pretty okay game, It's not bad to me, just lacking in some stuff to make it feel like music makes a whole lot of a difference here.

If you just wanna blast some tunes, dial that brain off and fly around feeling cool for a bit, I say this game a shot.

Honestly i was not expecting to pull an all-nighter with this game twice in a row, it's definitely a fun experience to replay the entirety of DBZ in all of it's free roam glory. Though it is a bit of a pain that some matches are pretty tough without some mission grinding, but it's worth it in the end. If you're a hardcore Dragon Ball Fan or want to experience a retold story of Dragon Ball Z Including the Story of Trunks and Some of the Super Story, I say give this game a fair shot.
