@PenguinManMan you know that last character in "EU4"? This "4" thing? It means that there were three games before it, believe it or not.

Mana and modifier stacking made EU4, EU4, yes. And made it a crap game that is far worse than EU3 in every conceivable way.

Thankfully, EU5 is closer to EU3 than EU4.

mana and modifiers were what made EU4 EU4. if you hate mana you dont actually want to play an EU game

EU4 lacks identity, dont know what to tell you. It was just shallow in that fact. EU5 at least has systems besides manabars and modifiers
