Abandoned, not optimized, clunky as hell.
Mistakes frustration for complexity.

vanilla or modded, love this game.

Don't even bother with this game. The performance is horrible with a 7800x3d and a 5080, the campaign mode is pretty bad without mods, and the shipbuilder bugs out and won't let you save any designs so you end up stuck with ships from 1895 in the 1910s so you are completely out matched.

I'm not even factoring in that I had to buy it again on steam even though I bought it in 2019 from their website, but when I tried to download it again when I build a new PC the site didn't work and no help from the support listed. Fortunately I got it for $12 on sale here.
