I Can´t remove sand from statue in Luxor. It shows that i have to use the hammer but there is no interaction possible

I just completed the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard. Unfortunately, the game has the other monuments locked. How do I progress further? All previous monuments are at 100%, and yes, I double-checked.

I have completed the first statue and built all scaffolding. When I get to the top I see burnt timbers but am unable to do anything with them. I also see a stack of timbers on the roof but am unable to access them. Where do I go from here?

OK, Finished all levels with 100%, now can't progress to Great Wall, Luxor and Macchu, There is a few like me stuck here, any help
