what about to add button auto scram toggle? it can be off and on. if disabled, then scram only can be toggled by button az-5, if enabled? nothing changes

Why is this game unfindable on Steam?

I only found this game randomly via Google, but when I put "nuclear power station" into Steam search, which I have done a few times in the past looking for NPP sim, this game never comes up.
