The Deadly Spikes achievement did not unlock after I finished level 7 of world 2. Also, when I exit from levels in World 2 or 3 it takes me to the World 1 level menu - I think this happens upon completing 1-10 and going to world 2 automatically.

I do not see any feminine penizes in this game.
