I've collected all Bitcoins but the Door does not open. Please fix it. Ich habe alle Bitcoins eingesammelt aber, die Tür öffnet sich nicht.

In the game files there is a "save" file. If you can somehow replace it with another (like someone who has done all the levels) will you get the achievements too, or you have to complete them by your self?
