When I start the game for the first time, enter the chapel, gather the items and speak with the "goddess", she says I must use the sword and the flame to defeat an enemy that never appears. I just got this game and after the initial loading going from 0 - 100 It just goes to a complete black box. I have tried everything I could think of. I even reinstalled the game on my ssd and it is still happening. If anyone knows any fix please let me know because I would love to play this game....

so the object of the final fight is to deflect magic balls back at the boss with your sword until each round is over at which all the balls hit the boss and he finally takes damage. problem is at least 80% of the time the balls pass right through your sword as if it's not there and hit you causing you damage even though you CLEARLY deflected the ball as it had to pass through your sword in order to hit you. Now I may have just missed a prompt some where. However, when going through the tutorial I killed the undead but was unable to collect its soul. The head was rolling around and I was able to pick it up. Wasn't able to get the soul from it though. The body of the undead was gone completely I tried to exit and come back into the game and I got the full tutorial again however the undead guy didn't show up at all.
