The heads of the body piles will be modified, but they will most likely look strange (such as being black-and-white due to the coloring system used by common infected).
Also, they will not benefit from any additional bodygroups added by the mod. So all the body piles will just look like how they do in vanilla, and since L4D1 Common Infected Overhaul uses mostly custom-textures, the body piles will be vanilla from the neck down, but will use the faces of the overhaul mod from the neck up.
